Reason For Pain And Itching After Bowel Movements After Anal Fissure Surgery?

I had anal fissure surgery(Laser) with LIS one and a half months ago...even now i am experiencing severe pain and itching and burning after a bowel movements.. What could be the reason for this...What can be done to make sure that the fissure is not recurring..

The pain is a common finding in patients after surgery, because rectal mucosa needs 1-3 months to completely heal after laser surgery.

I would recommend to continue with diet and healthy lifestyle to facilitate the healing process.
