I know increased heart rate is one of the side effects of smoking weed, but this once my heart was literally vibration and I honestly thought I was going to have a stroke.. How can I avoid this next time ? What are somethings I can do slow down my heartbeat? And can anyone explain why this exactly happens ? ..yes i smoke marijuana and i am not going to stop.. I just want to be careful.. so help me if you will.

Sorry, there is no advice that is magically going to make doing drugs *good for you*... especially if you have some kind of undiagnosed heart condition. Medical marijuana is SO ENTIRELY different from street marijuana! Way to make yourself sound ignorant!
