Pulsating or vibrating sensation in eye, distorted vision, advanced keratoconus. Corneal transplant to be done. Causes?

I have advanced keratoconus and am having a corneal transplant next month. For the past several weeks, the affected eye seems to have a kind of pulsing/vibrating sensation and the vision (even with a contact lens ) seems to be even more distorted during these moments. What could be causing this, and is it safe to take a trip via plane with my eye doing this?

advanced keratoconus=so avoid trip via plane/avoid rubbing of yr eyes/avoid driving..because there is ectasia/thinning of yr cornea..and yr cornea is conical /nipple like in the central/lower central part near the visual/seeing area of yr eyes.leads to vision problem .u already have pulsating sensation that means there may be fluctuation of eye pressure in yr eyes..which may adversely ..affect yr cornea..because its already weak and may avoid any strain/weight lifting/excercises/yoga lenses hard or semi soft may help but in advanced stage they r just supporting and can'nt withstand the extra take all precautions..and consult yr doctor..
