Prolonged Period Cycle. Ultrasound Shows Homogeneous Uterus, Right Ovary Has Anecholic Cyst. Infertility?
hi my name is XXXXX and i recently went to the hospital because my period lasted a month i had an ultra sound done and it says that my uterus is 7.9 by 4.4 x 4.2 cm. and the uterus is homogeneous. and my right ovary has a 1cm ovarian anecholic cyst. i was wondering what exactly this is telling me and if this affect my ablity to get pregnant?

1 cm anechoic cyst is of no consequence.
Homogenous uterus also is a normal finding.
Both these findings have no bearing on your fertility, so do not worry.
