Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Its very hard to advice you about your pain as it is very nonspecific symptom. Moreover I`m unable to perform physical examination.
Lower left abdominal pain can be caused by diverticulitis of sigmoid colon, ovaries issues, urinary tract infection.
If you are older than 50, colon cancer should be ruled out at first.
All I can advise is to visit your doctor and have blood work and abdominal ultrasound at first. If you are over the age of 50, colonoscopy should be done.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
