Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would advise that he should be clinically examined for vitals like blood pressure and pulse rate as they may decrease in case of (excessive) bleeding and may give the feeling of fainting.

I would also suggest that you should discuss with his doctor for sitz bath as it is very helpful in healing of symptoms associated with anal fissure.

Give him nutritious foods and maintain his hydration.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
