Prescribed Fluconazole For Yeast Infection. Suggestions?

by a pap smear i was diagnosed with a non candida albican yeast infection i was prescribed a treatment of fluconazole 200mg daily for 5 days. did not feel like i was cured went b ack to dr and by examination did not see signs of yeast but did another culture have not gotten results dr mentioned name of yeast sounded like something starting with a z but later when repeat name sounded like a c for second name said yeast very difficult to treat responds better to old drugs like nystatin or gentian violet i can not get websites to list anything but albicans any suggestions on where to look?
