Pregnant With Possible Colovaginal Fistula. Is It Related To Rectum? Could It Be Harmful To Baby?

AT what point should I go see a Doctor if I am having this issue, or think that I may have an issue with colovaginal fistula? I just found out that I am pregnant - possibly 4-8 weeks and my 1st OBGYN appointment isn't for 2.5 weeks? Should I try to get in earlier? Could it be harmful to me or my baby? It is the "... or gas in the vagina, this can be the result of a connection (or fistula) that is communicating between the rectum and vagina. This is usually only present in the setting of a prior childbirth experience with a bad tear" part that concerns me. Thank you for your help.

Hello!
It is not harmful for the baby because have no relation with the baby but can be a problem if you want to do natural childbirth because the natural birth can damage
more the fistula.
You should go to consult with your GYN. if you have the chance to repair it after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Take care of your self
