Pregnant With Lost Mucus Plug, Feeling Less Baby Movements. In Labor?

hi
im 39 weeks pregnant
two days ago i was dialated 1cm
and uterus was very soft & about 1inch thick yet
today i lost a big amount of my mucus plug
feeling less baby movements today
as i lay down for bed i am having
sharp knife like shooting pains in my vagina
lower back pain off&on
and mild cramping.

is my baby coming??

Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult a gynaecologist immediately because your symptoms are suggestive of that you are in labour and your baby movement are less so she may plan for normal delivery or for caesarean.
