Pregnant, Took Unwanted Kit With Mifepristone Pill. Will Abortion Be Successful ?
Hi, doctor! I am 29yrs.and had a daughter of 9 yrs old ...i am pregnent now. My periods are very regular.it has to come by 27 of last month.. when i checked it ...positive and found myself pregnant. and my husband doesn t want this baby. I took mankind unwanted kit and from that 1 pill of mifepristone today morning....how to continue the remaing 4 pills ...taking vaginally scares me ...pls advice ...

Medical termination success depends upon weeks of gestation and it is most effective in early weeks.So,you should get your ultrasound done for maturity of foetus.
Misoprostol(200 mg) can be taken vaginally after 48 hours of taking mifepristone.
Misoprostol can also be taken orally.Two tablets are taken after 24 hours of taking mifepristone. Rest two are taken day after means 24 hours later.
If any problem,you should consult gynecologist.
