Pregnant, Shortness Of Breath While Lying Down, Dizziness, Nausea. Suggestions?

Hello doctor. I am 37 weeks pregnant and feeling shortness of breath while lying down no matter the position, its to the point where i feel like i cant breath. I also feel dizzy and very nauseous. Is this a cause for concern? I have had a healthy pregnancy so far and am not considered high risk but this is my second pregnancy and I did have problems with anemia during my first.

Hello,
These symptoms do occur in 37 weeks. Still get your BP checked and also your hemoglobin as anemia can also lead to similar symptoms.
So get these investigations done. No need to worry at this moment as mostly it is a normal phenomenon.
