What Causes Nausea,dizziness And Headaches?

hello, i have had nausea, dizziness and heavy headaches. I thought i was pregnant. My period which is normally 28 days on time every month was 1 day late. It started and I am still have major headaches and dizziness. Can a person still be pregnant if period started. I heard of something called desimal bleeding while pregnant.

No, if you are having menstrual bleeding then you are not pregnant.
In my opinion, you are mostly having hormonal imbalance which is causing delay in menses.
Hormonal imbalance can also cause headache and dizziness.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels.
You may need hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to regulate your hormones.
Once your hormones are normal, you will improve.
