Hi,
It appear as though your cough and your cold has created some fluid in your eustachian tube or middle ear and this could have caused the difficulty in hearing. This would need proper check up to outline the cause, antibiotic and antihistamine therapy. Consult your specialist and discuss on further management. If deemed urgent, treatment may be given now, otherwise it could be postponed until after your delivery. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
