Hello,
It is common for some gastritis and indigestion to exist during pregnancy owing to the changing size of the uterus putting pressure on the surrounding organs. Sometimes, morning sickness persists as vomiting through out pregnancy until delivery. In such cases, it is advisable to take frequent, small meals at regular intervals and see that they are light and easily digestible. Also, anti-emetics and digestive enzymes may be supplemented as needed. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck.
