What Causes Middle Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

She is 17. Symptoms began yesterday. Sore throat, slight fever, body aches and vomiting. Fever is gone now. Tonight she is having sharp stomach pains and vomiting. Went to Med Stop today and was given Z pak. One does taken. Body is not aching now. Stomach pain is in the middle of abdomen. Concerned about the stomach pain and vomiting. She is not pregnant. What could it be? Thank you.

Hello ,

Thanks for consulting hcm

Read your query as she had sore throat , slight fever , bodyache and vomiting this can bee due to strep throat and viral infection .
