Hi,

Your symptoms may be due to multiple causes and treatment would be formulated only after a complete evaluation of your condition as well as some specific tests.
The bleeding may be due to:
1. Threatened abortion: in this the baby is alive but there is a tendency to abort. For this you need bed rest, tested for TORCH, blood sugar and thyroid along with an ultrasound to see how the baby is and if there is any internal bleeding.
2. Bleeding due to lovenox: this drug is used to prevent blood from clotting. Sometimes the dose may be more than your need and then it leads to bleeding tendencies even with slight trauma. For this check your coagulation profile and if any abnormalities adjust dose accordingly.
3. Bleeding due to fibroid: sometimes they tend to enlarge and bleed during pregnancy depending upon their location. An ultrasound will help.

So discuss all these issues with your treating obstetrician at the earliest. It is better to go for a second opinion as you do have multiple issues.

These problems can be dealt with, if the exact cause is pinpointed and you will be all right after that.

Hope I was able to help you.
