Hi,
Early pregnancy can be detected best by a transvaginal ultrasound. The findings should be correlated with serum beta-hCG levels and the rate at which they rise if the pregnancy is viable. Owing to the past history, you need close monitoring to evaluate the state of your pregnancy. Please wait until you get the repeat test and follow the advice of your doctor. Meanwhile take bed rest, avoid stress and intercourse. Good luck.
