You are carrying 36wks pregnancy and presents with watery stool mixed with blood.

It may be due to BACILLARY DYSENTERY/ Internal Piles or vaginal bleeding/ show mixed with stool as mistaken. Need to examine properly clinically/ assess pregnancy by consulting doctor.

In this time, abdominal cramp is quite common and may be as false labor pain. You may take uterine relaxant like tab TIDILAN/DUVADILAN 10 mg to get relief from abdominal pain temporarily.

For Dysentery, need some safe antibiotics, take ORS, drink plenty of fluids,Tab Metrogyl 400mg with anti spasmodic Tab DROTIN DS may be helpful. Be well.
