Pregnant. Smoked Marijuana. Worry About THC?

Hello I m 36 weeks pregnant I smoked marijuana but stopped 5 days ago. I know I will not be clear by then but will they take my baby away JUST for thc? I ve been drinking water green tea and cranberry juice and have never been in trouble prior I don t know how I would have got through pregnancy without it and my baby is healthy my obgyn has checked my urine for blood and etc and never said anything to me about thc.

greetings friend.toxicology screening for abusive substances usually is not part of routine testing for pregnancy by gynecologist. However I would recommend that smoking marijuana even once can do cognitive impairment to your child and this is not fair to the child's growth and I would recommend you not do any smoking alcohol marijuana or other illicit drugs or even over-the-counter drugs or prescription drugs while pregnant.please make your child's health your #1 priority. What you do to your body while pregnant may affect your child's personality and genetics and health for ever. have a great day.
