Pregnant. Shortness Of Breath With Loss Of Appetite Due To Mental Disturbance. Effect On Baby?

I am in my seventh month of pregnancy and very stressed out as my husband is constantly fighting with me, I dont want to yell but end up yelling and short of breath. I don t know what to do and how I can make myself calm. he doesn t care and keeps yelling. As a result of all this my diet has decreased and I am always stressed out. How can I get out of all this? Will this anger affect my baby? I hope there is nothing that goes wrong.

hi there, you know the cause and you know the reaction to it. You know that you are stressing out due to your husband,so best thing to do is to avoid confrontation for the time being. Keep giving autosuggestion to keep calm and do not compromise on your diet as hunger also aggravates stress. Eat regularly and if possible practice some yoga or meditation. Stress has shown to decrease the growth rate in fetus and so keeping your cool for the sake of the baby should be your new moto.Stress, anger, etc are all under our controll, you just have to train your mind to ignore the stimulating factors. Take care.
