Pretty much all veggies fruits and rice and some veg Indian food. We are on our way home tomo back to Colorado. I've ended up very nausiated and sick with diarrhea. We have 24 hours of flights. I'm worried about the baby? Any suggestions ?

During pregnancy, a change ion the food habits is commonly associated with pain abdomen, nausea or diarrhea. You need to have oil free easy to digest light homemade food for few days to feel symptomatically better.
