Pregnant. Is It Safe To Take Pan D Or Emeset Along With Doxinate Plus?

hi,

my wife is 2 weeks pregnant. the doctor has advised her to take one pan d in the morning and 2 doxinate plus at night. but she has been feeling drowsy all day and also has a feeling of vomitting all day. She does not like to eat food due to this vomit feeling. then the doctor has advised to take emeset in the morning and also continue with pan d. My question is is it safe to take pan d or emeset in pregnancy along with doxinate plus?
