Pregnant. Hymen Intact. Will Delivery Be More Painful?

I've been having sex for about a year now, I am now 11 weeks pregnant and my hymen is still intact... Now how will this effect my pregnancy and delivery? Is there some way they can cut it before delivery? Will it rip when I deliver and if so will it be painful? Will it effect my vaginal area majorly? My vagina is obviously loose enough to have sex and other sexual activities... But when it rips will it make my vagina extremely loose? Why hasn't it ripped I'm 19 and I've used tampons since I was 13... Started my period at 12. I've pleasured myself and have been... So why hasn't it ripped?

Hello

Hymen does not disappear after intercourse. It gets torn to varying degrees after intercourse.

A loose vagina that does not cause difficulty in intercourse itself indicates that the hymen is not totally intact.

During labour the cervix ripens and not the hymen. If labour natural occurs the vagina loosens and the remnants of hymen are left behind.
