Pregnant. Can Any Online Doctors Help Me Read This Ultrasound Scan Report?

I am 5-6 weeks pregnant blood hormonal level is 2440
Went for an internal ultrasound today and the doctor said the fetal sac is in the wring position ?
Can I carry this baby to full term ?
The heart rate of the fetal sac was 112 - and is sitting to the right - and not high enough in my uterus
I dont understand what this could mean for me, my baby and husband

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The heart rate of the baby is normal so this means that the baby's heart has developed and is functioning well.
Normally, the gestational sac is positioned such that that the head of the baby faces downwards and the feet are positioned upwards.
However, the baby can assume any position in the uterus depending on the diameter of the pelvis, tone of the abdominal muscles, etc.
The baby can be positioned such that the head faces upwards and feet downwards.
The baby can lie in transverse position and oblique positions also.
Normal vaginal delivery is posiible in various positions but in few positions like transverse and oblique positions, normal vaginal delivery is not possible.
Casearean section has to be done in these cases.
So, if there is any variation i the position mentioned above, the pregnancy will be uneventful (if all other parameters are normal). The delivery will only differ.
However, if there is any other problem, you will have to write about it in detail to be interpreted.

Thanks and take care
