I had got my USG which shows minimal free fluid in POD. PID ? Please advise treatment and cuses of this disease.

Hi,Rajiv,thanks for query.PID means pelvic inflammatory diseases.This not a uncommon condition and can happen to due to wide variety of causes.As far as treatment is concerned you need to take a course of antibiotics for this,but without examination in person this can not be prescribed.Please visit a gynecologist and take treatment for this.
