Pimples On Face, Looks Like Eczema, Metrocream Did Not Help. What Could This Be?
I am 42 and thought what I had developed on my face was eczema (under nose and around mouth) but it is almost like pimples but never had this before and seem to be spreading. Doctor gave me topical cream called Metrocream ( antibiotic ) but it doesn’t seem to be helping after 9 days of use....what could this rash-like condition be? It is nowhere else but around my mouth area and under my nose

IMPETIGO..,
sO Use antibiotic cream...Fusidic acid with betamethasone..,
will give good result..,along with.,
Cap Cephalexinn500 mg 2 times daily for 3 days..,
