Pimple Like Growth With White Head And Reddish Skin Around, Painful
It started out like a tiny bump - like a pimple - about two weeks ago below my knee on my shin and now has grown in size about half inch round with white in the middle and reddish around it. When I bump it, it hurts, but otherwise doesn t bother me too much. Should I try to get in to see my dermatologist to look at it? Thank you.

Middle lesion is white surrounding BY reddish..,
means ..it is bacterial infection..,
So..follow.,
1) Cap..Ampicillin and Cloxacillin 500 mg 2 times daiy for 5 days.,
2) Apply Fusidic acid and betamethasone cream..on affected area.,
3) Tab Cetrizine daily 7 days..,

You should surely show a Dermatologist . They will examine the area and perform certain tests like a skin scraping or a biopsy to rule out fungal infection , eczema or psoriasis .
