Period Like Blood And Cramping. History Of Diagnosed Miscarriage, Stop Of Medication Utrostegen 200. Still Miscarrying?

Hi doc,m estimated 6kws preg,I started noticing a little blood on the 30th n I went too the dr n a heart beat was found and suspected twins but she put me on utrostegen 200 for 6 weeks,I was using n after 2 days of starting I had a lot of blood with clots coming,I immediately went to er n they checked my blood n did a vaginal scan n concluded that that I was miscarring becouse nothing was seen on the scan,n was told tp stop the medication,n go home to miscarry naturally but now no clots are coming out only period like blood n cramping,could I.still be miscarring

Hello,

In amount of product of conception will be very less in 6 weeks of gestation.
So that amount of products may have been expelled without nay pain.

Presence of bleeding and cramp may suggest any retention.
It is better to confirm with
1. Repeat ultrasound.

Once the ultrasound scan shows complete expulsion then you may consult your doctor for other causes for bleeding and cramps.

If the products are retained then action to be taken to evacuate the products completely.
