Period Is Late, Have Itchy Nipples, Urge To Urinate. Pregnancy Test Is Negative. Pregnant?

Hi Doctor,
I'm 28 years old female and married,my period is late by about two weeks,then i had itchy nipples, so assumed i was pregnant and i took two home pregnancy tests,both came out negative,also I have a constant thirst and frequent urge to urinate,other than that i could function normally,but now I'm having a sharp lower back pain on to my right side that comes and goes, and I feel same in my lower abdominal area as well, I don't experience any discomfort in urination.What could this possibly be?

Hi,
Most of the above signs that you mentioned can be attributed to pregnancy. Pregnancy tests arent always very accurate, so I recommend you go see a doctor and have him run your blood to check for signs of pregnancy, it is the most efficient test for determining whether you're pregnant or not.
