Period Delayed, Test Negative, Thyronorm 100mcg Taken, Medicine For Menstruation.

my wife age is 35 years. she has tsh-10.53. now her menstrution delays about 20 days.her pregn. test is negative. what shall I do? she takes thyronorm-100mcg before food at morning. please give advice and what type of medicine she take for menstrution.

hi welcome 2 HCM, if ur wifez preg test is neg. consider withdrawal by pills. progesterone containing pills can be taken but in case of a delayed pregnancy preg test may not show a positive result initially.so benifit of doubt she can take a micronised natural progesterone ;susten or naturogest 300[or any other brand with same composition] one tab daily for 5 days.she vil get withdrawal 3-5 days post completion of course if,there is no pregnancy.& even if there is a slight possibility of delayed conception these pills are v safe & can b used in pregnancy as well. also keep a regular check on her thyroid profile she may require a dose adjustments on n off. take care
