Painful Cuts On Penis After Intercourse. Noticed A Small Lumps. What Should I Do?

Hi there, I m 33 years old and my Girlfriend is 27. I ve been with her for nearly 3 years now. Early on in the relationship we would have sex and sometimes I would experience (at first) mild pain. This later led to a bit more pain. I noticed after the encounter, small cuts on my penis. Usually always on one side of the penis. The right hand side as I look down at it. This didn t bother me too much as I d heard of people experiencing pain and often slight cuts after sex. I applied Germolene (an antiseptic and anesthetic cream.) My concern is this. Where I was cut. Small lumps have formed. At first I thought they were just exccess skin and I thought I d cut them off with a blade like dead skin. However they started to bleed and there was sensation as though new nerve cells had formed. So I cannot cut these off. Everywhere I had a cut during our sexual activities I now have a small lump. The lumps themselves are an eye-sore but not only that there is a practical problem. Now when we have sex they are an additional frictional surface that protrudes and now they themselves are being cut. My girlfriend says she s never cut any previous sexual partners. I m not overly large or anything. I m just under 7 inches in erect length which is only an inch above the mean for most people. There is a slight curvature to my penis but it s not that extensive. I m just wondering what is causing this. It has not only made my penis rather unsightly but also causes me additional cuts and pain now that these lumps are present. What options are available to me? Will a doctor just tell me that nothing can be done and that they are permanent? I m really concerned. Thanks in advance.

Urologist 's  Response
Good day! You may be suffering from Peyronie's disease . It is a disease where normal penile tissues are being replaced with fibrotic scaly tissues. Steroids may help you control the disease. I suggest see a Urologist to prevent further deformity in your penis.
