Brief Answer:
bacterial infection ,t bact will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

The spots as seen in picture suggest bacterial infection.

It can be due to sweating, constant friction.

Tight clothing and frequent traveling can also irritate the skin leading to bacterial infections.

At times this can be associated with fungal infections also.Use loose cotton undergarments.

Avoid prolonged sitting at one place.Use good antiseptic soap.

You can apply antiboitic cream like t bact over the affected area.

Oral course of antifungal like tebinafine and antiboitic like cefadroxil will help in recurrent cases.

I will advise you to try topical treatment first and then go for oral medications.

It is always better to avoid topical steroid creams like betnovate.

I hope this will help you.In case of any concerns I will be happy to help you.Take care.
