Painful Bump On Labia Minora. Done PAP Smear. Is It A Wart?

I'm a 25 year old female. I am in a sexual and monogamous relationship. Recently I noticed a bump on my labia minora. It hurt slightly when I wiped, or touched it directly. I went to my doctor to get it checked and get my first pap smear done. She said it could be a pimple or there's a chance it could be a wart -- to keep an eye on it and see if I get more or get skin tags. I've had the bump for about a week, but nothing more has turned up. She didn't seem very concerned so I'm just wondering if I should be worried it's a wart or if she was just being extra careful.

Hi and thanks for the query,
Diagnosis of warts is very very easy. Warts are generally diffuse and painless. It is difficult to find one and only one wart. Warts are generally caused by Human Papilloma viruses, now considered sexually transmitted infections. I suggest that you consult a primary care physician, for diagnosing after physical examination is quite easy.
I really do not think she thought something serious, she might simple want to be more cautious.
I find this answer helpful
