Hallo Doctor, My name is Suresh, Am facing motion problem, means am not able to go properly motion,in the motion place i get lot of pain,while am having motion,no stomach pain noting, I mat a doctor,he told to have Sucral ANO & Tab Rutin & Dulcolay,but i had all thes,but still am facing lots of pain, Pls doctor let me know what to do.. Hi Suresh,

Thanks for writing in.

Your history suggest that you are suffering from anal fissure that is causing lot of pain and your conservative management has failed to releive your pain. In this condition I will suggest you to consult a general surgeon to have a proctoscopic examination and to assess the status of your fistula. There are many grades of fissure and every grade has a definite treatment. As your conservative management has failed I dont think it is now in grade 1. In that case you may have to go for surgery. But before that you should consult your surgeon to take the decision.
