Pain starting from hip to knee after any physical activity

Having pain in the upper leg from hip to behind the knee . Not constant will go away sometimes but has been going on for about a week. Causing issues with walking sitting and other things

It seems that you might have Sciatica.
It is possible that you might have some problem in your spinal vertebrae causing this problem.
