Hello, Thanks for posting on HCM, From your description you are most probably suffering from urethritis and orchiepidydimitis (infection of your urethra, epidydimis, sperm cord etc and maybe infection of your prostate). Well you will need clinical evaluation by a doctor to confirm this. At the hospital/clinic you will be examined and some tests such as urethral swap, urine analysis and PSA can be conducted to determine the cause and provide you with appropriate course of antibiotics and pain killers. In my clinic, I often prescribe a flouroquinolone such as ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, erythromycin etc and an antiinflammatory such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, prednisone etc which usually yield significant results. Now depending on your age and sexual life, it will be necessary that some specific tests to rule out STDs and possible tumors be conducted.
