Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

Based on your description this could be many things. Including a urinary tract infection (UTI), but this can be considered only after other conditions have been ruled out. I would advise an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis or a transvaginal ultrasound. This shall better help in visualizing and ruling out/diagnosing more serious conditions. You may continue the antibiotics, as if this is indeed an infection, either a UTI or IC (interstitial cystitis), you should start experiencing relief between 24-48 hours after initiation of therapy.

Although, if it were a UTI, you should have had more symptoms like:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed
-Chills
-Fever
-Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain
-Itching around the genitals
-Blood in urine or immediately after (not always seen)

But, in my opinion, as of now, your diagnosis is more inclined towards an abnormality of the reproductive system and not of the urinary tract, but I cannot be sure without further investigating.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
