What Is The Treatment For The Mild Hepatomegaly And Polycystic Ovarian Disease?
Hai i am 25 years old the doctor says that i am suffering from mild hepatomegaly
polycystic ovarian disease
cystitis
the liver size is 151mm is increased and parenchymal echotexture is normal no focal lesions no ihbd dilation mpv normal in size
kidneys right kidney:109x35mm left kidney:106x36mm cmd made out in both kidneys no calculi or hydronephrosis in both kidneys extra renal pelvis on right side this is ultra sound report what should i do how should i cure my health
ovaries: right ovary:40x31x27mm(vol-18cc)
Left ovary:35x34x21mm(vol-14cc)
Both ovaries are bulky in size show multiple small peripherally arranged follicles with central echogenic stroma no paraaortic adenopathy no ascites and also am married i have 2 children

You need not worry about this condition, first dietary restrictions will be required which can cure both fatty liver and PCOS.
