Pain In Shoulder, Elbow. Reason?

Hello ... My 17 year old daughter plays fastball for her college ... she mostly is their catcher. Lately she is experiencing pain from her right shoulder down her arm ... gets quite painful in the elbow then down to the hand . She has throw up from the pain and also woke up crying. She is not a baby she has played fastball since she was little and has gotten hurt before (she has even played with cracked ribs). What could this be?

Hello

Due to repeated microtauma there can be injury to shoulder ligament .
you need her to take rest and ice therapy .
If pain persist MRI shoulder will give exact position of ligament and diagnosis.

Gradual strenthening of muscles and ligament with help of physiotherapist will help.
