Hello, Multiple diseases & no co relation with each other. For gallbladder only one option and that is surgery, so get it operated. For knee joint ligament rupture , you have to consult an orthopaedician and get repair of ligament. For back problem X ray of lumbo-sacral region will reveal the disease. May be degeneration or any disease in lumbar region. Consult an orthopaedician and get treatment . Good luck. Dr. HET
