Hi and thanks for using this forum for your health worries.
i a so sorry to hear about what you are experiencing.
Pain in the lower abdomen and
frequent urination should raise the question of a possible
urinary tract infection.
Frequent urination, especially in small quantities means the bladder gets filled up quickly triggering the micturition reflex. This is commonly caused by a reduction of the size of the bladder from infections. other causes include compression resulting from an
abdominal mass like fibroids, cysts, pregnancy etc. The fact that you also have the feeling of not been able to empty the bladder easily makes the suspicion of a mass more likely.
I think you will need more testing. Meet with you
OBGYN and get an abdominal
ultrasound to look at the various structures. This will most likely reveal the cause. Please, don't stop at UTI because though the most common cause of these symptoms, there are many other possible causes like i just cited above.
Hope you find this helpful and it at least helps and guides you to continue looking for a permanent diagnosis and cure to this.
Wish you a good health.
