Pain In Lower Abdomen. Little Relief From Antibiotics. Continue Medication?

I have pain in my lower abdomen. It looks as if I have infection somewhere in my reproductive system. I have taken ampiclox 500mg antibiotics (two pills until now, one in last morning and another one same evening). I feel the pain has eased a bit but i still feel a bit pressure. Shall I continue these pills and if yes for how long?
