Pain In Left Testicle, Had Groin Injury In The Same Area, Walking Increases Pain. Advice?

I've experienced some pain/ache in my left testicle in the last few weeks. I originally felt it around the same time i sustained a minor groin injury. Now the groin is fine, the testicle pain is still present. However, most of the time it's a very low dull ache, sometimes lasts for 30mins - hour, and then it disappears and comes and goes. Today i done a lot of sporting activities and now it's a bit more painful. Not so much when sitting down, but walking increases the pain. Can you give me some advice?

Your pain may be related to your injury..inflammation after trauma takes time to resolve.
You need to take simple pain killers.Keep your scrotum well supported without allowing the testicles to dangle.Ice packs can be tried.Strenuous sports activities may delay the healing process, hence to be avoided.
If possible do an ultrasound examination of groin and scrotum
which may detect fluid or blood collection around the testis(hydrocele/haematocele) or dilated blood vessels(varicocele) amenable to surgical treatment

Hi, many thanks for the query!
You should do- USG Scrotum, Urine (R&M), CBC.
It may be due to Epididymo-orchitis, an inflammatory condition causing pain.
Take anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, pain killers with your doctor's opinion.
Get physically examined by your doctor once.
Wish you a good health.
Take care.
Regards.
