Pain In Heels. Unbearable Pain While Standing. Suggestion.

when i stand or sit in one place my heels hurt light walking is takes away the pain but if I m up for more than 2 hours its unbearable and I am forced to sit or lie down after long sitting my lower part of my glutes or upper part of the back of the leg locks up(quads), if i sit with one leg crossed across my femer it becomes painful if I lean on my femer it becomes painful. l
