This could be either a urinary tract infection
or a genital infection
. This will require evaluation by a doctor. It is unlikely that this is a urinary infection, this cranberry juice and consuming plenty of fluids will not help.
It is also strictly advised not to self-prescribe antibiotics as this can result in developing a resistance to that antibiotic and possibly others belonging to the same group. This will result in making treatment difficult and very complicated.
