Pain, Heaviness In Legs. Prescribed Evion, Mecobalamine, Paracetamol. Problem?

hi i am having pain in legs along with heaviness for last 5 months which is more in left leg...i have consulted the doctor he prescribed me evion200 IU ,Mecobalamine 1500 microgram,lornoxicam and paracetamol for 10 days...i want to know what is the problem with me...and the medicine is correct......do reply.........at YYYY@YYYY

IS YOUR PAIN RADIATING FROM THE BACK AND ASSOSIATED WITH TINGLING NUMBNES, UNILATERAL PAIN IS GENERALLY ASSOSIATED WITH PROLAPSE INTERVERTEBRAL DISC.
MRI OF LUMBAR SPINE IS RECOMENDED
