Pain Between Shoulder Blades, Feels Like Stuck Gas, Take Medicines For Reflux, Hormone Replacement Therapy

What would cause deep pain between shoulder blades, in the upper back, that feels like a gas is stuck there, that has happened 4 times in 3 weeks, and last night.....and today for the first time I feel the pain during the day... feel like it is on my right lung.
I have had and EKG and esophagram...both normal. I have reflux but take meds. I am a 50 year old with harmone replacement therapy....a patch. Could this be a clot? I can breathe fine for now.
Thank you.

Hi,
As your all reports are normal, your problem might be due to acid reflux or costo chondritis or cervical spondilitis.
Go for x-ray cervical spine to rule out cervical spondilitis.
Continue with treatment of acid reflux.
Take some NSAID medicine for pain.
Ok and take care.
