Pain Below Ribs, Tiredness, Headache, Not Pregnant. What Could This Mean?

I have been really tired I barley sleep my back has been killing me I wake up with sharp pains below my ribs feels like someone s stabing me from inside out it goes away about two afters afer and im hungary but everytime i eat even if it little stuff i feel sick to my tummy and also I have head achs I am not prego so wht can this be or mean please help me ?

Welcome to HCM,
Your symptoms of pain indicate that you have either git, musculo skeletal disorder. so go for x-ray, USG abdomen. Pain is more suggestive of ulcer, gall bladder or pancreatic disease because it is related with food. So kindly take some antacid or Tablet rantac and contact your doctor for further investigation.
