Pain At Heel, Pain At Forehead, Vomiting Tendency. What Is The Problem And Remedy?
2 Months ago my billirubin level was 2.89 after a month I checked-up by Dr. and the pathological report was Billirubin-1.2,SGPT-302,SGOT-159 and he prescribes Ursocr. After that I consulted with a Gastroenterologist that time my pathological reports says USG of upper abdomen-Marginal hepatology with severe fatty change,SGOT-167,SGPT-358,GGT-257Serrum Total Cholesterol-281,Serrum Triglycerides-226HBsAg-Non reactive,HCV-Ab-Non reactive,TSH-73.37. He prescribes Thyronum 100mcg OD. Yesterday I got another pathological reports where TSH -10.34 cholesterol is about to normal but SGPT-702,SGOT-359. The Gasterologist also prescribed Viboliv tab BD. I used to take alcohol 2-3 times weekly amount of 120-150ml. after get up from bed i feel pain at my heal and muscle of legs and sometime hands are feels weekly and slight pain, pain at any one side of forehead,sometime vomiting tendency. I am at rest for last 10weeks as well as food restriction. what is the problem and what should I do?

Two months ago serum bilirubin level was 1.2 mg after treatment , now at present no report is available ?, Upload fresh bilirubin level report , direct &indirect ( conjugated & unconjugated).
At present S G OT & SG P T level are very high and specific because in ultrasound report there was hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration.
Now you are feeling pain in heels, leg pain ,nausea,vomiting mild pain all over body.
Get in blood for hepatitis ( jaundice ) , HIV as this is very very important .
Beside this get rid of alcohol as this will further worsen the condition.
TSH is still high as normal value is 0.5-4.7 microU/mL.
Viboliv ( metadoxine) twice in day is not a sufficient treatment of your illness.
Consult one more gastroenterologist and get his opinion(2nd ) & treatment.
