Overweight With Hypertension, Diabetes And Smoking. Feeling Nausea, Late Periods. Not Pregnant. What Other Reason Could It Be?

i am 43, i have one child 17, i have high blood pressure and am about 30 lbs over weight and have a history of diabetes and heart disease in my family and i smoke . for the last 10 days i am been extremely nauseous and tired. Also i am 14-16 days late on my period but had a negative pregnancy test .what could the problem be

There could be many reasons for your delayed periods in the absence of pregnancy.
These could be
Stress
Being overweight
Hypothyroidism
Hormonal imbalance
Perimenopause etc

Consult your doctor for the examination and relevant investigations to find the cause for your delayed periods.
